Punta Cana Dominican Republic

We had a great time. The staff were amazing. Special thanks to our Guest Relations team, we dealt with Houda and Fabie. They were both quick to respond to my WhatsApp questions. Abdel, the CDV, was very present and took time to speak with everyone along with Damien. We did tennis lessons every morning and had Jermain as our instructor each day. I really enjoyed it. The tennis courts do need to be resurfaced. We also did Zen Yoga almost every day along with the stretching at the end of the day. Thanks to Terry, Dani and Melanie.
The beach is not great as it is small with a lot of seaweed. We spent our days at the Zen pool which was gorgeous. They also had a lot of parasols so you could sit in the shade if you wanted to, even if you only showed up later in the morning.
Our housekeeper, Melania did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and stocked. Always had lots of bottled water. We loved the coffee shop for our morning cappuccino, which was always delicious and the staff were very pleasant.
The landscaping was well taken care of. The resort was 5 minutes from the airport, which was nice. Our transfers from the airport to the resort and back went very smoothly.
My only complaint was about the food. I have been very spoiled with the high quality of the food at the other Club Meds in particular Turks and Caicos and Columbus Isle. The food here was not tasty and at best was lukewarm, never hot. The only exception to that was the a la Carte restaurant, Indigo. Food there was hot and delicious.

Our Christmas vacation in Club Med Punta Cana was fantastic.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and we almost didn't want to leave.
Not only the place itself, but what made our holiday so special was the professional and friendly staff. Thanks to Abdel, Chef de Village, running this resort so perfectly.

And finally, Pascale Fils-Aimé, for arranging a last-minute taxi to Punta Cana airport for us.

Our heartfelt thanks to the entire Club Med Punta Cana team for making our holiday so special and unforgettable.

This was our fifth stay at Club Med Punta Cana, and once again it exceeded every expectation. There’s a reason we return again and again — it truly feels like coming home.

We always stay in the Tiara Suites, which are beautiful, spacious, and perfect for families. What makes Tiara special is the personal attention from the entire Tiara team. A very special thank you to Cristel, the Tiara manager (and excellent singer and performer at some of the shows!), whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail make every stay feel special year after year.

For families, this resort is unbeatable. It is very close to the airport. The water park is fantastic and kept our kids entertained for hours every day, and the mini club is great and allows parents to relax. My girls (5 and 9) did trapeze and archery with the mini club.

We already can’t wait for our next visit — and that says it all.
