Just returned home from a week staying at club med grand massif!

We were a group of 70 on an adapted skiing holiday with 12 disabled skiers.

The hotel itself is absolutely brilliant all facilities are A* however for us as a family it is the staff that really make the hotel extra special, in particular I would like to mention Lola, who really did go above and beyond making us feel welcome and looked after even taking time out to ask questions about specific needs of our young people that needed extra help!

Second time to this Club Med and this stay was better than the first. Excellent food and fantastic GO’s with special mention to Anita in the restaurant who was so friendly and helpful and Bruno the Gold member liaison. Weather was a bit mixed but the snow was in amazing condition and we had a great time. We will return again.

Samoens has become my favourite winter ClubMed resort - I have stayed in 6 different Winter ClubMed Resorts. As a group we first discovered it in 2025 and returned this January. We didn’t think last year’s experience could be bettered but (happily) we were proved wrong. The rooms are very well appointed with plenty of storage space, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job during our stay. The food is the best out all the resorts I have experienced, consistently great for every meal throughout the week, top marks to the Head Chef and his friendly and talented team. The GOs were very helpful and super friendly without being overly familiar, particular mention has to go to Anita and Bruno who were both fab. We loved the Skyline Bar which cosy and quieter than the main bar and would retire up there to play cards after supper. The atmosphere of the CluMed resort is relaxed and friendly allowing to unwind and enjoy yourself. A great pool, with sauna, steam room and outside jacuzzi add to the luxury feel. The ski area is well established with links to Flaine and Morillon we recommend skiing Cascades (14km) and Marvel (7km). Now back home and wishing I was still there. Really good value this year.

Ski4all Wales is an adaptive ski club who organise an annual ski trip to Clubmed Samoens for our young skiers. This was our 5th year and the hotel and staff keep getting better. The chef du village - Francis had a clear understanding of the implications of accommodating young people with complex needs and he and his team - Lola, Anita, Sam, Marcelle to name just a few, went above and beyond to ensure our group of 66 were all totally cared for. The staff accommodated the delivery of 9 hoists and 8 hospital beds and as always allow us to use areas of the hotel that offer a safe space for our families. Could not recommend this hotel and the staff more. Huge thanks for another incredible trip.

We came as part of a group of 5 families and were welcomed warmly by Bruno. Bruno introduced us to the Cheff of Vilage and it was clear that they are a team that will do what ever it takes that we will be satisfied and enjoy our stay, and that was truly the case.

One improvement that still should be done is with the “gourmet dinner” that was truly bad… everyone went back to the regular restaurant.
Other than that we had an amazing stay.
