4/5 • 26/10/2024Beautiful place, lots of fun activities for kids, great evening shows, nice food. The welcome was a bit rough, the room floors were a bit dusty, and I didn’t like the mattresses on the kids beds. Everything else was great!

Great location and outdoor facilities but rooms need to be upgraded/renovated
4/5 • 21/10/2024Nice trip to Club Med De Balaia, we were a family of 5 with 3 young kids.
On the positive its a fantastic location, great outdoor facilities, super mini club and baby club, good food.
For improvements the rooms need a urgent upgrade, it looked old with some lights not working. Also need more connected rooms, we had to stay in separate rooms because of lack of family rooms (which we knew at time of booking so no surprise there) Not sure if its because its the end of the season but some of the GOs were not as friendly as usual (especially front desk). Still good ambiance and happy holiday for the kids.
