We are absolutely thrilled to share our wonderful experience at Club Med Guilin. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by every single GO. The friendliness, helpfulness, and positive energy of the entire team filled the resort with laughter and joy, making us feel truly welcome.

Jake is an experienced golfer and he’s very patient with beginners. We had a great session!!!

Had a wonderful time at the resort with the family. A special shout out to the friendly and helpful staff such as Adi and his F&B crew who helped set up a World Cup screening at 4am in the morning! Would recommend for families that like to be active and physical activities. Only thing I'd add is that the the air conditioning didn't feel sufficient in the indoor multisport court in the main Atelier building as it gets very hot there when playing basketball or paddleball.

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for our recent stay at your beautiful resort.
This trip was incredibly special to us, as it was a 15-year reunion trip for me and my best friends. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 5 children. We chose Club Med Guilin specifically for your renowned, hassle-free service, hoping the adults could finally sit back, relax, and unwind.
For the most part, your attentive service allowed us to do exactly that. Although we encountered a few minor hiccups along the way, your team’s outstanding professionalism truly shone through and quickly turned things around.
In particular, we would like to give a special shout-out to:

• Ali (Chef de Village) and Clara: Their service was exceptionally attentive, warm, and highly efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. Plus the catering was high quality, the bartenders Shen and Fred were exceptionally friendly and make both the adults and kids perfect drinks. The daily activities were interesting and the engaging.
  Thank you all for making our 15th-anniversary reunion so memorable. We look forward to our next Club Med adventure!

Emmet was fun and chill and easy to converse with. He was our instructor at the archery range and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
