Always fun at the ClubMed
We (family of 4 couples, grand -parents, great grand-parents and 5 kids under 5) returned to the ClubMed for the 4th time in December since the opening. Since then, here are my impressions:
Pros:
- beautiful design and architecture
- spacious
- food is great and lots of choice
- service is adequate
- rooms are beautiful
- great equipment for babies (bed, bottle heater, baby food, changing tray)
- staff is friendly and helpful
- clean
- beautiful view
-great skiing mountain
Things to improve :
- maintenance did not change our garbages although we had diapers
- swimming pool is cold! My two year old barely stayed in the water for more than 10 minutes as she was shivering cold… normally she loves spending time in water. As for me, I was not able to get into the water.
- Walk to outdoor spa is dangerous because it is icy. I did fall two years ago when walking up the stairs. There should be heating mats it would be an easy fix and great investment for safety. We advised the life guard on duty and said that there were regular falls and that they did mention to their supervisor but that nothing had changed since.
- Sadly, the second carpet was not functional as there was not enough snow. Carrying my two kids back from the gondola was tiring….I ended up not going back sadly. Perhaps they should add some rocks and level up the ground so that less snow is needed to get it functioning early on in the season.
All in all, great place to spend time with your family. We will most likely return but hope the ClubMed will keep bringing improvements as they have done over the past years 👍

Above and beyond!
Fantastic winter experience and amenities. Skiing, snowshoeing & yoga! The food & beverages phenomenal, a culinary experience each day! We were particularly pleased by the service of Samuel at The Chalet. His hospitality is above and beyond! Thank you Samuel!

Very new and clean facility
The space is well planned and maintained well and clean. However, I can see that the guests might get bored in the event where skiing might not be available, either due to weather or equipment issues.

Ten thousand stars!!!!
If I could I would give ten thousand stars to Club Med Quebec Charlevoix and its staff! Thank you so much for the amazing time you provided to my husband and me at Club Med. This was our first time at a Club Med Resort and we loved it! The facilities, staff, food, and activities are perfect and well-organized. We want to send a special thanks to the incredible and lovely manager Nicholas, to the fantastic chef Pablo, to the sweet waitress Femi, to the wonderful fitness instructor Sam, to the friendly receptionist Hugo, to the enthusiastic excursion team Diane and Bridgette, and to our new friend Carol Queiroz! You and many others made our vacation incredible and unforgettable! Thank you so much for all you do! You are the best! Thanks, Club Med for this amazing and well-organized facility and for offering us this time to relax and enjoy the beautiful Quebec-Charlevoix area. Can't wait to come back and to try other Club Meds around the world.

Excellent family vacation
Our families trip at club med was great overall. As we have a four month old we were limited to the activities we could do, however, the resort is amazing if you have kids a bit older. Food was exceptional, location was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond during our stay. I would highly recommend this resort for families especially if you want to ski/hike. The nearby town was a lovely walk, and the hiking in the area was beautiful. If you are planning to drive, be sure you have your snow tires on! Overall a great stay.
