I’ve been coming to Club Med Palmiye for many years, and it’s always been one of my favorite holiday destinations. I was happy to see that the rooms have been renovated—they look fresh, modern, and much more comfortable. The food was also excellent, with a great variety and chefs & stuff were super friendly.

A special thank you to Ali Han at the Zen Pool bar. He was always welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The only disappointing part of our stay was the reception team. On two separate occasions, I asked for assistance with simple requests, and both times the staff seemed unwilling to help and responded with unfriendly attitudes. This was quite surprising, as I had never experienced this at Club Med Palmiye before. Overall, we still had a wonderful holiday and look forward to coming back.

Fantastic location, great atmosphere! Fitness and sport all the day round - Clara and Igor, thank you for your drive and energy! Sailing, puddle, water ski and - food! Clean and warm sea. Love it!

Hello, we have stayed at your hotel from June 13th to 20th. We chose your hotel specifically for our 3 years old child. The entertainments were fun by GO Team however, we do not speak French so there should be MORE English announcements during events..
Apart from that, the food was excellent, and the staff were very very kind.

Lastly, I have also mentioned in Club Med application for review, we have disappointed about beverages!
when you order coca cola, sprite or etc.. they refill your glass.. this is not Mc Donald's or Burger King.. This is Club Med. I know this is an extra cost to order and give bottled beverages but you may add this difference to room rates.. Because your rates are not that different from same local ''all inclusive'' Turkish hotel brands..

• Gilbeys vodka is not ok, or JB whisky is not ok when you stay in Club Med. :)
  For instance, every single day they prepared the same menu after breakfast at pool bar (simit, pogaca, fruits, cookies at 1PM and again same products with an additional crepe at around 4PM, every single day! :)
  You do not serve the same dishes at the restaurants every day, you should change it as well.

This was our first Club Med holiday and it did not disappoint. The resort is in a beautiful location with lovely, well maintained, mature gardens and grounds. There is something for everyone here - padel, tennis, watersports, yoga, pilates- and we heard from other guests how they had been returning here for years. We loved the aquagym and yoga/pilates session with Igor and Clara. The Villagio area is very buzzy but we preferred the zen area near the hotel and were very well cared for by Ali Han at the bar. The food is amazing at all the buffets and the restaurants. We liked the calm of the hotel buffet - thanks to Sukrat for taking care of us so well. The chefs and staff really go all out to produce a consistently superb range of food. From our late night arrival we were impressed by welcome from Jay - one of the team of GOs who work very hard to ensure not only a very professional level of service, but they also want to ensure you have a great time. We loved the GOs shows each evening - including a night of Irish dancing and sing alongs to hits through the decades. They also led, with great energy and joy, the Crazy Signs dances, which are an absolute hoot. Behind all of this is the charming Club Chief Ossama who we met nearly everyday as he walks around the resort ensuring you have a good time. On a boat trip to go snorkelling Ossama even arrived alongside in a speedboat and threw ice lollies to us! He also performs alongside the GOs in the shows - great moves Ossama! This man can do it all and deserves great credit. Club Med - you are lucky to have him. Well done, and thank you to everyone at Club Med Palmiye for giving us one of our most enjoyable and memorable family holidays. I hope we will be back there soon.
