Bintan Island Indonesia

This is my second family holiday trip in Club Med Bintan. Amazing time with G.O team event from other club Med that came for holiday. Especially would mention to Nan, Bankz, Garfield, Riko, Vera, Nanda and more G.O team to make my trip with remarkably. Wish to be back again.

The best kids club we’ve ever experienced!
Our children (4, 6, and 7 years old) absolutely adore this place — and especially the amazing team. Every morning they rush to the kids club and never want to leave! The staff are truly fantastic: caring, devoted, and full of joy. You can tell they genuinely love kids and what they do.
A huge thank-you from our family for making our holidays unforgettable — and wonderfully easy for the parents! 😅

The GO's were very warm and friendly and made my stay very pleasant. the Activities and the shows were very good

Dear club med staff, thanks very much for the wonderful experience. The venue was amazing, a little piece of paradise at the seaside. It was great being very active with many sports activities and also being able to relax. The food was amazing, all day long. I think eating and drinking was the red line throughout my stay. But hey, being so active makes that you want to eat...and burning all these calories makes you eat even more.
But seriously, I definitely want to call out some of the staff, like Joni the somelier, Coco, Chamina, Rita and many many others who made my stay unforgettable. I hope to return soon. Thanks everyone!!!!

I chose Club Med Bintan to celebrate my 40th birthday, and while the overall experience was memorable, there were a few disappointments worth noting.
The service and activities were fantastic – the GOs staff were warm and welcoming, and the beachside atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special shoutout to Syasya, Dimas, and Vera, who were incredibly engaging with my little girl and took special care of her throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention made a big difference.
However, the facilities left much to be desired. My hotel room felt quite run down – the balcony door hinge was coming off. There was no iron or ironing board provided in the room, and when I requested one, I was directed to a hot and secluded amenities room to iron my clothes myself. For a resort of this caliber, I expected more comfort and convenience in basic amenities.
Overall, I had a lovely time thanks to the people and the setting, but I do hope Club Med Bintan invests in upgrading its rooms and guest facilities soon.
