Kiroro Peak Japan

Club Med Kiroro Peak is an incredible destination for both snowboarders and non-skiers! The resort is spacious and peaceful — perfect for adults who want a relaxing vibe. Location is convenient, and evenings are full of amazing live performances that make the experience even more memorable. Special thanks to snowboard coaches King and Ethan Wong—their teaching skills are top-notch! They are patient, professional, and make learning enjoyable. Highly recommend Kiroro Peak for an unforgettable winter getaway!

From check-in to check-out, it was a 10/10 experience!

Natalia was very helpful in facilitating the check-in process and giving a mini tour/ intro of the property.

Equipment rental was fuss-free, transparent and the guys made sure that I was 100% comfortable with my equipment before concluding the process.

Lockers came with auto-blowers which was especially helpful to air-out boots and gloves at the end of the day.

Really thankful to the lineup of snowboarding instructors (Nathan, King, Ethan & Tom) who were all very friendly, encouraging and made the runs safe and enjoyable.

Food: 10/10 (Wagyu, snow crab, oysters, lamb)

Staff (GOs): 10/10. They are the ones that truly elevated the whole experience.

Club Med Kiroro Peak delivered one of the best holiday stays we’ve ever had. The resort is beautifully designed, well organised, and extremely comfortable, but what truly makes it special is the people—warm, genuine, and clearly passionate about serving guests.
The ski experience was outstanding, with Kiroro’s famous powder, true ski-in/ski-out access, and smooth locker-room flow making every day effortless. Special thanks to Hugo and Martine at the ski pro shop, and to Nino (Ski Director) and Justin (Technical Service Manager) who, despite their senior roles, humbly stepped in to help guests whenever needed. The ski instructors—Toru Sensei, Colin, Midori-san, and Marcus—were highly skilled, patient, and structured, creating an excellent learning environment.
Food and hospitality were equally impressive. Executive Chef Gabriel and the F&B team (Rakesh, Bekir, Aryanta, Liam, and many unsung heroes) delivered consistently high-quality meals. Thanks also to Ai at concierge, the amazing GOs (Kyle, Robin, Jay, and Darren), Batu for his energetic programme leadership, and Eva, the village chief, whose leadership sets the tone for an exceptional resort. A truly memorable stay—we can’t wait to return.

Most unforgettable trip! We first arrived at the Club Med, awaited by the most amazing staff that helped us settle into our room. During our stay we had amazing weather conditions for skiing; first day of skiing I was taken in a small group taught by William (Swedish Jesus) who helped improve my technique and boosted my confidence. I also was lucky to have the ski instructor Jonas who showed us through different terrains and overall boosted the vibe of our lesson. During lunch’s and dinners all the G.O team made us feel so welcome, Eric, Poppy, William, Anna, Jonas, and Tom were all amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The club med peak is an easy option for families.
