Sender and chloe were the best counselors in teen camp. They were really kind and funny. They made sure everyone felt included and were having fun. They made me look forward to every day 😁👍

We stayed in the Exclusive Collection of Club Med Cancun and felt pampered the entire visit. From even before we arrived Daniel was texting us to to welcome us and ensure that our connection was seamless. The staff, especially the bartenders at the Exclusive Collection, were friendly and excellent. The food at the various restaurants was delicious and had lots of vegetarian options for me and a variety of options for picky kids. We especially enjoyed the lunches and evening entertainment at the Exclusive Collection. The room we stayed in had two bathrooms and a separate room for the kids-- what a luxury! Our kids didn't partake in the teen/kid clubs, but they enjoyed the water park, the basketball court, and pickleball tournaments. We enjoyed archery together as a family and spent tons of time at the pool. Swimming in the cenote for an excursion will be a core memory for all of us, but I recommend you avoid uncooked food when off resort property. Overall Club Med was a 10/10 and we will absolutely go back.

Club Med Cancún is truly an incredible place from the facilities, the activities, and the whole atmosphere make it such a special experience for the whole family. Our kids had an amazing time, and so did we as parents. A special mention for Leila. She has been such a warm and welcoming presence for our child at the Mini Club. She's always ready to help and genuinely cares, and you can tell she puts in the effort to make every kid feel comfortable — even though she had only been there a week or two when our child joined. It really made a difference for us as parents to see how motivated and supported she made the new kids feel.

We had an amazing stay at Club Med Cancún! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and there were activities for everyone in the family.

A special thank you to the incredible Kids Club staff, who made our children’s vacation unforgettable, including Pierre, Ivan, Maleni, and Celia. Their warmth, energy, and genuine care gave us complete peace of mind and allowed the kids to have the time of their lives.

We also want to give a huge shoutout to the sailing team, especially Paulo and Maxx, who were knowledgeable, patient, and made every time on the water a fantastic experience.

For pickleball, Jorge and Julio were outstanding. They created a fun, welcoming atmosphere, organized great games, and made sure players of all skill levels had a great time.

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the restaurant staff, especially Isidro, whose exceptional service and friendliness made us feel at home.
