We just finished our second year at Club Med Québec Charlevoix, and once again, it was a fantastic experience!

Highlights:

• Accommodations were lovely—comfortable and well-maintained.
• Both petit and mini clubs was AMAZING. The care and activities for little ones were top-notch.
• Fitness classes with GO Sam were a personal favorite again this year. Such great energy and instruction!
• Skiing was excellent—great conditions and well-organized.
• Food & drinks were outstanding, and the bartenders really knew their craft.
• Resort activities especially all the live music kept us entertained beyond the slopes.

Room for improvement:

• Robes: It’s surprising (and honestly, a little tacky) that robes aren’t provided in every room—or at least available for request. The “only for certain levels” policy feels unnecessary for a resort of this caliber.
• Hot tub situation: One isn’t enough! It gets crowded quickly, so a second one would be a great addition.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely consider returning—even in another season to experience the resort in a different way.

We are very pleased with our stay it was beyond our expectations. The ambiance and the quality of service was all great. We will Definately go back.

Overall exceptional. The food exceeded expectations by a lot.
Staff was also exceptional.
Only one issue with lack of quiet zones in communal areas.

Excellent service and a beautiful resort. Great ski and snowboarding lessons. Beautiful spa. Many amenities to keep everyone busy all day. Fitness instructors like Bianca and Sam were very good. Lean rooms. Excellent food at every meal. Lively and fun evening entertainment. Excellent bar service and drinks. Looking forward to being back.
