Awesome staff, awesome instructors

I had snowboard lessons with Lukas (East Germany) and he was very patient, and positive despite likely having seen folks fall over themselves daily. Sister did ski lessons with Daf - he handled a class with mixed abilities with patience.

Kudos to the F&B crew who made every meal a pleasure - Tonkey (Indonesian) Benz (Thai) Fiquri (from Bintan). The pizza chef - I’m probably spelling it wrong but Shakri? whips up one of the best pizzas of any eatery - hands down.

The flavors were a bit limited, but he obligingly allowed me to pass some ingredients from the salad bar and made a kick ass chorizo onion pizza. His pizza stacks up with the very best of Italian eateries anywhere. Unfortunately a tad inconsistent - when he’s not the chef, the pizza turns out really different. Same dough different touch.

Vickie (China) from the gift shop also went above and beyond. My sister had her pats rip from one of the chairlifts. When we downy to the shop to buy another pair, my sister also brought down her torn pat. Vickie offered to help her mend the tear and got the thread from reception. We were blown away. By her - really superb.

I hesitated coming to Sahoro after we had such an amazing time at club med Kiroro Peak last year but this is now on my to return list - amazing experience.

The ski resort is well maintained with professional staff. Our private lesson coach Mercedes is exceptionally good. She is very patient in teaching us. She has all the knowledge in helping us to improve on skiing. I highly recommend her to all.

My snowboard teacher lucas is a very good and decent instructor with patient and profession. Benz help my family in restaurant and let is had a nice experience there

I had a beginner snowboard lesson here. The instructors, Lukas and Will shared great tips while being very patient and not forceful for beginners.

Credit also to Hammad and Benz for taking such good care of our meals.

Basically you can enjoy everything conveniently without having to plan much.

My entire family loved this fuss free holiday where we were treated like royalty and had everything taken care of for us, including our kid =p

Taz from London was an excellent instructor for our Snowboard 2 (SB2) class. He struck the right balance between patience and firmness, creating a supportive but disciplined learning environment.

His drills were effective and fun—exercises like “pants up, pants down,” and even the warm-up (hopping while rotating our arms) helped build coordination while keeping the class engaged. His encouragement was measured and genuine; praise felt earned rather than routine.

Taz also showed strong technical insight. When I caught an edge, he was able to identify exactly what went wrong and explain how to correct it. He made an effort to chat with us on the chairlift, which added a thoughtful personal touch.

He was never pushy or impatient and often said that if we were not having fun, there was no point. He was energetic, punctual, and even went back to locker room to look for his students before class started.
