Albert, captain of the snow trekking, was a wonderful guide for the snowy natural scenery & very caring towards everyone especially a guy with an artificial limb.
Avril, our personal ski instructor, was most effective & friendly & cheerful. A breath of fresh air & a face whose sun always shines. She helped us learn how to ski from Beginners to Club1. Absolutely terrific personality to behold & breathtaking to look at. Also very personable & approachable. She was most patient with our special needs teen son. LOVE our family vacation. Would love to come back again if we can afford it!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the ski instructors. Special thanks to ski instructor Patrick who insisted we learn proper form. And Albert, our trekking guide, who is fun and knowledgeable.

After dinner program was fun filled. Zack Lee and his team put in lots of effort in keeping guests entertained.

Having access to an Onsen next to the property is definitely a huge factor for us selecting Tomamu

Only down side, we all agreed, was that food quality could be better.

love the club med vibes and passionate staff. made us feel really welcomed. special appreciation to Albert who brought me on lovely snow trek trails. 10 stars to him!!

the family took ski lessons and fell in love with it. all thanks to their ski coach - Patrick!

housekeeping was top notch and the nightly shows were superb. so much energy.

Food quality could be better but commendable nonetheless. the bed has a rather stiff padding that made the mattress rather hard.

otherwise we LOVE LOVE our experience here and will be back again next year.

Amazing holiday in Club Med Tomamu. Zack the CDV has shared warm welcome to us and the night show were so great espcially the Rock & Roll night. Tomamu is really the best place to SKI, thanks to my beautiful instructor April, I got CLUB1 level in two days.
